Is this programme HRDC / HRDCorp claimable?
Yes. The AFK 36 Weeks Supervisor Transformation System is fully HRDC/HRDCorp claimable under the SBL-Khas scheme. All 8 programme trainers are HRDC-accredited. Companies can offset the full programme cost using their HRDCorp levy funds. Our team assists with claim paperwork.
How long is the programme and what is the schedule?
The programme runs for 36 weeks (9 months), from March 2026 to January 2027. It consists of 36 online weekly sessions (every Monday, 8:30–10:30pm via Zoom/Teams), 9 half-day physical workshops (one per month), and weekly structured progress notes delivered to each participant.
How much does the programme cost?
The programme is available at RM 750/month × 6 months (instalment plan) or RM 4,500 as a COMBO full upfront payment. Corporate in-house pricing for groups of 20+ is available on request. HRDC claims are accepted for eligible companies.
What is the learning methodology?
AFK uses a 70:30 blended learning methodology — 70% hands-on experiential learning (role plays, simulations, group projects, on-the-job tasks) and 30% structured knowledge delivery. This evidence-based approach produces measurable behavioural change, unlike traditional one-off seminars.
Who should attend this programme?
The programme is designed for working supervisors, team leaders, and senior executives in Malaysian GLCs, PLCs, and corporate organisations. It is also suitable for high-potential executives being groomed for supervisory roles, and HR managers seeking a structured workforce development solution.
What certification will participants receive?
Participants receive an AFK Asia Group Certificate of Achievement aligned to CMI (Chartered Management Institute) competency standards. The programme is also aligned with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) registered training framework and HRDC accreditation requirements.
Can this be conducted in-house for our company?
Yes. AFK Asia Group offers fully customised in-house corporate proposals for organisations that prefer a closed-group format tailored to their industry, workforce size, and specific supervisory competency gaps. Contact us via WhatsApp at +60 13-288 8880 to request a custom proposal.
